Web Site Submission
Get exposure to the thousands of visitors per month that use Information Outpost's directory of web sites. Your search engine rankings will improve for many of the major search engines based on the number of links to your site from other web sites. Information Outpost is indexed by all the major search engines and having your web site listed will increase the number of links recorded and therefore improve your search engine rankings!

Please provide information about the web site to be submitted. We currently charge all commercial sites a fee of US$5 per category selected so please follow these guidelines to ensure your site is accepted.
  1. Do not include a list of keywords in the title or description. The longest list we will tolerate is three items-ie planes, trains, and automobiles.
  2. Use sentence case-DO NOT CAPITALIZE THE ENTIRE SUBMISSION OR ANY INDIVIDUAL WORDS!
  3. Make sure the description matches the web site content.
  4. The web site must be up and operational.
  5. Submit the top level domain of the site and not individual pages within a site or to a splash page which just redirects the user to the home page.
  6. The site must have some original content. We will not accept sites that are simple advertisements or redirect users to other sites.
  7. We will not accept sites with pop up ads unless there is sufficient content on the site to support the aggravation of closing all the browser windows opened up!
  8. Multilevel marketing or sites advertising questionable business opportunities (get rich quick schemes) will not be accepted.
  9. The web site must not contain adult content, allow gambling, advocate illegal activities, promote hate or otherwise contain objectionable material.
  10. Do not include product prices, emails, phone numbers, addresses, web addresses (URL's) or business hours in the title or description.
  11. Do not include information only good for a limited time-like "See our Fall Sales."
  12. Choose the lowest level categories related to your site.
  13. Don't submit your site multiple times. If your web site is already in our database, edit it by clicking the "Update Site Listing" icon next to its listing.
  14. The web site and listing information should be in English.
We retain the sole right to determine acceptable web site submissions.

Please identify the area your web site services. The country should be the primary country your web site services. The city/town and postal code information will be used to narrow geographic searches for sites that pertain to a specific location.
