Aerobic Exercise
Our Aerobics section allows you to plan and record outdoor activities like running, swimming and cycling as well as aerobic activies in the gym like treadmills, elliptical machines, stair steppers. You can also enter fitness classes like Aerobics, Zumba, and Yoga in this section. For the activities in this section, you will be able to chart either the total distance, time or calories expended each day to keep track of your progress.
Weight Training
This section is set up to plan and record weight lifting type exercises that consist of multiple sets and repetions normally seen on free weights and weight machines. You can also record activities like sit-ups, push-ups and pull-ups. For these activities, you will be able to chart the daily total weight lifted (sum of the number of sets x number of repetitions x weight).
Speed Training
The Speed Training section is designed to record interval training type activities like running a series of quarter mile sprints. In this section, the total distance is charted (sum of the number of sets x number of repetitions x distance).
Body Weight
The Body Weight section allows you to record and chart your daily body weight.
